Our philosophy

We believe in quality housing for everyone.

By focusing on thoughtful, conscious, people-first development we're strengthening communities, one neighborhood at a time.

01

Housing for everyone

Our portfolio spans fully affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate homes — often on the same street. Frost Terrace brought 40 fully affordable family apartments to Porter Square; The McElwain School mixes incomes under one historic roof. A neighborhood works best when everyone can afford to belong to it.

02

Built to last, worth keeping

We would rather save a good building than replace it. Brockton's first brick shoe factory, century-old schools in Bridgewater and Templeton, and the Victorian houses of Frost Terrace all found second lives as homes — work recognized with preservation awards from the Commonwealth and Preservation Massachusetts.

03

Conscious construction

Durable, efficient buildings cost residents less to live in and the planet less to run. The McElwain School Apartments earned Passive House design certification from PHIUS, and our planned 2072 Mass Ave development will rise twelve stories in mass timber.

04

People first, always

Development doesn't end at the ribbon cutting. We manage what we build with the same care we put into building it — which is why residents describe us as the best landlord they've ever had. Their words, not ours.

“I enjoyed being the first tenant in a beautiful apartment, in a historic remodel. Jason and Kerry were a joy to work with — attentive and professional, and always proactive to work out the little tweaks that go with brand new construction.”
— Dianna, Resident
