Brockton's first brick shoe factory, century-old schools in Bridgewater and Templeton, and the Victorian houses of Frost Terrace all found second lives as homes — work recognized with preservation awards from the Commonwealth and Preservation Massachusetts.
Durable, efficient buildings cost residents less to live in and the planet less to run. The McElwain School Apartments earned Passive House design certification from PHIUS, and our planned 2072 Mass Ave development will rise twelve stories in mass timber.
